Vedic Meditation

A traditional style of learning that comes from the body of knowledge known as the Veda, which originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Vedic meditation is always taught in person. It includes a ceremony of gratitude, receiving a personalised mantra, a deeper understanding of the process of stress release, the expanding states of consciousness and stages of enlightenment.

If tradition and advanced knowledge are of importance, or if you are ready to take your practice to the next level, this is the course for you.

Rounding

A deep rest and relaxation immersion. Rounding is an advanced practice that is designed to tone the body, purify the nervous system, and deepen the meditation experience. It creates the opportunity to release the deep stress and fatigue that is stored in the body, and infuse harmony and balance. Rounding is a gentle sequence of asana (body positions), pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Once you learn how to round and are regular with your meditation practice, you can round at home as a part of your daily routine.

 

Rounding sessions are held monthly

 around the new moon.

Ongoing Support.

Weekly Group meditations to expand your practice, deepen your understanding and meditate together.  These sessions are held via zoom every Monday night @ 7:30pm and provide ongoing support for life. These sessions are complimentary and require registration.

Additional Support.

As you continue to evolve with meditation, there are times when you may have specific questions or obstacles that require clarity to enable your personal growth. Book a one to one mentoring/consultation to receive personal guidance to progress on your path.
